Project intelligence & assurance
Your project documents tell different stories.
Find out what’s really happening.
Upload your project plans, RAID logs, status reports and meeting minutes. Uozan cross-checks the evidence to uncover inconsistencies, delivery risks and missing accountability — then turns the findings into a clear, visual project assurance report.

The problem
Every artefact is a partial truth.
Complex IT programmes produce plans, RAID logs, status reports, minutes, decision logs, forecasts and readiness checklists — each maintained by different people on different cycles. They drift apart. The status report goes green while the plan moves the date. A risk is closed while its mitigation is still open. Reconciling them by hand takes hours every reporting period, and the gaps are where delivery failures start.

Northbridge DC Exit · integrated plan vs. status report
Illustrative. The status report shows every milestone green; the plan shows the critical path slipping four weeks. Uozan overlays both.

readiness claimed
“Executive summary The programme remains on track. Wave 1 migration has been delivered and the service is operationally ready for go-live of Wave 2 as planned. Data migration rehearsal remains on track for the end of March.”

“ID: OR-2 | Readiness criterion: Monitoring and alerting configured for migrated services | Status: In progress | Due Date: 2026-03-20”
Going live on an unsupported readiness claim is a primary cause of service-transition incidents.
Next action: Do not rely on the readiness claim until every criterion is evidenced and signed off by the receiving service owner.

Six documents from a fictional data-centre exit programme, run through the same engine your projects go through. 19 findings, each traced to the page, sheet and row it came from — and a downloadable PDF.
Evidence traceability
Every finding shows its working.
Findings cite the document, its date and the exact location — PDF page, spreadsheet sheet and row, Word section or slide — with the quoted passage. When sources disagree, both sides are shown. Each finding is labelled by what it rests on:
- Stated in sourceThe document says it directly.
- CalculatedDeterministic arithmetic — dates, variances, totals.
- Sources conflictTwo documents disagree; both are quoted.
- Inference — verifyA judgement, flagged for human verification.
- Missing evidenceSomething the pack should contain but does not.
Supported documents
Built for IT delivery and service transition.
PDF (text-based), DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, CSV and TXT, up to 4 MB each. Scanned PDFs are detected and flagged — OCR is not yet supported.
- Every request is authenticated and every record is checked against its owner on the server. There is no client-side access to the database.
- Original files are stored privately and opened only through five-minute signed links issued to you.
- Documents are never used to train AI models. Instructions hidden inside uploaded files are treated as data and cannot change what Uozan does.
- Delete a document or an entire project at any time — files, extracted text, reports and review history go with it.

Questions
How is this different from uploading my documents to a chatbot?
A chatbot summarises what you give it and can state things that are not in your documents. Uozan extracts every risk, action, milestone, dependency and budget line with its exact location, compares them across documents and reporting dates with deterministic rules, and shows both sides of every disagreement with the quoted source. AI is used only to read narrative text, and an item is kept only if its words appear verbatim in the document.
What documents work best?
Integrated plans and milestone schedules, RAID logs and risk registers, status and highlight reports, steering committee minutes, decision logs, budget trackers, dependency registers and readiness checklists — as PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV or text. Structured registers (spreadsheets, tables) give the most precise results.
Will it tell me my project is fine?
Only if the evidence supports it. Uozan reports what the documents say, where they disagree and what is missing. It distinguishes stated facts, calculations, conflicts, inferences and missing evidence, and says when there is not enough evidence to calculate a confidence indicator rather than inventing one.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Documents are processed to produce your assessment and are not used to train models. Narrative text is sent to an AI model provider through Vercel’s AI Gateway for extraction under their API terms; structured tables never leave our processing. See Security for the full data flow.
What does €79/month include?
Everything: 30 assessments per month; 200 document uploads per month; Up to 15 active projects, 40 documents each. There is one plan, no tiers and no overage charges — if you reach the monthly allowance, processing pauses until the 1st.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from Billing. You keep access until the end of the paid month, then have 30 days to export reports before project data is deleted. You can delete any project, and all of its documents and reports, at any time.
